Google Ads has started rolling out its paid customer support service for small businesses. PPC expert Natasha Kaurra spotted the new feature on her account for the first time and decided to provide a sneak preview of what it looks like on X (formerly known as Twitter).: As you can see in the image above, the enhanced customer service pilot is located in a box to the right of the Google Ads screen. To book a one-on-one consultation with a Google Ads rep, you simply need to click on the icon and pay a fixed fee of $50 per call.
